Roman Polanski is reportedly undergoing medical treatment, according to Reuters.
His lawyer Herve Temime told Reuters, "All I know is that he has been taken from prison for medical attention. I don't know where he is or when he will be returned to prison."
Temime visited the film director last week in a Zurich jail. He says Polanski was depressed and tired at the time of the visit.
Polanski, director of the acclaimed film 'The Pianist,' was arrested in September in Switzerland for having sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977. He fled the United States following his guilty plea in 1978.
