Lily Allen is planning to combine her love of music with her desire to launch an acting career - she's reportedly eyeing a role in a West End musical.
The "Smile" singer recently announced plans to take a hiatus from writing and recording to concentrate on other ventures, including launching a clothes shop and running her own music label.
She also spoke of her desire to take on acting roles and was rumored to have signed up to appear on the London stage this summer in a production of Neil LaBute's "Reasons To Be Pretty."
The 24-year-old has now hinted she is considering a role in a musical, but insists she will never star in a stage production featuring her own hit tracks.
She tells Britain's Metro newspaper, "It's not a musical about me. It's just something I have really wanted to work on for ages and be involved in but I can't reveal too much more."
