Anne Hathaway thankfully didn't have a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet outside the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles for the Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 24. But the 30-year-old frontrunner for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award nevertheless caused immediate comment online for her sidebood-baring Prada gown. "It was the one that spoke to me," she said.
The frock, which the Les Miserables star told Ryan Seacrest she chose three hours before the big show, immediately inspired a Twitter account: HathawayNipple. "Anyone else feeling chilly?" read the first tweet. Anne's dress 'spoke to her. We spoke to the world . . . #LesNipplerables."
Speaking to E! News' Seacrest, Hathaway was all about her work -- and her awards show streak. "It is a blessing," she said. "I guess it really all begins with getting married. I found my soul mate!" she said of husband Adam Shulman, whom she wed last fall.
"We're committed to each other," she said of the jewelry designer. And Hathaway is enjoying some time off, too, telling Seacrest she hasn't worked since her wedding -- with no projects slated until this fall.
The "HathawayNipple" account had about 550 Twitter followers as 8pm EST.
