The "High School Musical" star was recently granted the temporary protection order after claiming Nicholas Fiore had been harassing her on Twitter since 2012. She turned to Los Angeles police after he bombarded her with over 18,000 messages on the social networking site, and interpreted song lyrics he tweeted as threats against her and boyfriend Christopher French.

Fiore was arrested at his home on Friday after he broke the rules of the order banning him from contacting Tisdale in any way, including the Internet, according to TMZ.com. A hearing into the matter was already set for Wednesday, when it will be determined if the order should be made permanent.
