This seat is reserved! Beyonce kicks off her massive Mrs. Carter World Tour in just two weeks with an opening show in Belgrade, Serbia -- and she's ensured that there's a special place backstage for the cutest VIP in her entourage. In a new Instagram snapshot, the "Love on Top" singer, 32, shares an image of two matching director's chairs: One mama-sized, which reads "The Mrs. Carter World Tour," the other custom-made for her daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 14 months. The toddler-sized chair reads "BIC."
Indeed, in the March issue of Vogue, Beyonce called her child with husband Jay-Z her "homey," her "road dog" and "my best friend."
"Family has always been important. I've always had my mother [Tina Knowles] and my father [Matthew Knowles] and my husband," she told the magazine. "But it's just...Life is so much more than. . . It's not defined by any of this [fame or money]."
She elaborated of her little girl's January 2012 birth, "I had a very strong connection with my child . . . I felt like when I was having contractions, I envisioned my child pushing through a very heavy door. And I imagined this tiny infant doing all the work, so I couldn't think about my own pain...We were talking. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a communication."
