Bosses at Jay Z's clothing label Rocawear are facing legal action over a T-shirt design.
The 99 Problems hitmaker's fashion line is being sued by officials at HoodLove, LLC, a for-profit company dedicated to improving poverty stricken communities, who claim ROC Apparel Group designers used their trademark HoodLove on one of their shirts without permission.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, the company's lawyers call for the shirts to be removed from stores and are seeking profits made from sales.
Jay Z sold the rights to Rocawear in 2007, but retains a stake in the company.
