Bendy Brit! Britney Spears showed just how flexible she is on Instagram when she posted a photo of herself doing yoga.
The "Pretty Girls" singer looked fit and toned in the July 10 snap that showed Britney from a different angle that we're used to seeing her in.
Brit Brit, rocking a red, white and blue headband, is seen grabbing onto a wheel while doing a mind-blowing yoga backbend, her forearms planted all the way on the floor behind her and her feet raised up to her tippy-toes. (We can almost feel the stretch from where we're sitting!)
"Namaste," she captioned the image that proves she's a fitness freak!
Britney has been heckled about her weight in the past -- she even called out a fat-shamer at her Las Vegas show earlier this year. The pop star has long had an enviable body, but she works hard at it.
She recently told Women's Health that she hates long workouts. "I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio -- usually running -- move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch."
Lest we not forget, performing is part of her workout, too.
"Dancing is great cardio workout,' she told the magazine at the time. "Tough and fun at the same time."
