Camille Grammer has filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking a court to reject her estranged husband Kelsey's request for an early termination of their marital status, with property rights to be determined at a later date.
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star also asks that if the court does in fact honor Kelsey's request to end their marriage previous to division of assets, that a number of conditions are met to protect her interest in their property, and $10 million is given to her by Kelsey.
In the papers, Camille writes that Kelsey is seeking to terminate the marriage before property rights are decided "solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible. I do not believe this is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to the community estate, especially given the large and complex nature of our estate." Kelsey's rep confirmed in December that he intends to marry his girlfriend Kayte Walsh.
Grammer values their community property at a whopping $120 million in the court docs, and says that they jointly own real estate, artwork, business interests, as well as over 25 vehicles.
