Baby on board! Carey Mulligan is pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband Marcus Mumford, according to a new report.
Whispers of a pregnancy caught fire after the "The Great Gatsby" actress arrived at the June 7 Tony Awards in a somewhat roomy, albeit gorgeous, gown that seemed to conceal a bump. On June 8, though, Us Weekly confirmed the pregnancy news.

Carey is currently starring in Broadway's "Skylight," for which she got a Tony nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.
A source told Us that Carey and Marcus "weren't planning on announcing, but she hasn't stopped working. Everybody around her is being very supportive. The show ends soon and they're going back to England after."

The actress and her husband, the frontman for Mumford and Sons, married in April 2012. They are notoriously private.

In a May 2015 issue of Vogue, Carey told the mag why she keeps her marriage so private.
"Marcus is the only thing that's mine that I can keep totally away," she said. "So I try to."
In the same story, though, the couple's friend Sienna Miller opened up about the pair, painting a picture of their home life.
"They have chickens and a dog, and roasts and friends, jams by campfires," she told the magazine. "It's sort of idyllic. Marcus can headline Glastonbury and Carey can be nominated for however many Oscars, and then they come back to their farm, and they're in big woolly jumpers and funny hats, raising piglets. It's an amazing balance they've managed to strike. I can't wait for a little baby to come along."
Star magazine was actually first reported the news in late April, saying the pregnancy "took them by surprise."
