"Primetime" goes inside the world of celebrity plastic surgery to discover if it has gone too far.

With shocking revelations from Hollywood stars who have gone under the knife, ABC News will air an hour-long special on the subject entitled, "Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?"

Anchored by Cynthia McFadden, the special investigative report includes interviews with Heidi Montag, who talks about the radical plastic surgery she underwent last year, and Janice Dickinson, who admits, "Everything about me is fake… and I'm perfect."

The special also takes a look at "redos" of patients who have had to have surgery a second time to correct botched jobs, and Lisa Ling reports on the rising trend of teenagers getting plastic surgery.

"Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?" airs Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
