Chad Ochocinco to Change His Name -- Again
Say goodbye to Chad Ochocinco!
The 33-year-old Cincinnati Bengals player announced he's ditching his surname yet again during an interview with ESPN'S NFL Live on Tuesday.
"I don't have a choice right now," the Dancing With the Stars alum told ESPN's Trey Wingo. "I've done enough with the Ocho thing."
Though the name change has yet to occur, Ochocinco says plans are well under way.
The recently engaged athlete originally changed his surname in 2006 to reflect his No. 85 jersey; in 2008, he had it legally changed to Ochocinco in order to wear his nickname on his jersey.
Ochocinco's bride-to-be, model and Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, isn't likely surprised by her fiance's announcement.
"He's very interesting," she told Us in December. "You never know what he's going to say, and he has a great sense of humor."
