Christina Aguilera's Estranged Husband Ready to Finalize Divorce
Looks like Christina Aguilera's divorce won't be very messy.
About five months after the singer filed for divorce, her estranged husband Jordan Bratman filed new court papers in L.A. on Tuesday in an effort to expedite and finalize their divorce.
As revealed by RadarOnline, Bratman, 33, cites "irreconcilable differences," and confirms in the documents that he does not intend to dispute the breakup -- and that he and Aguilera, 30, have "resolved" matters regarding property, assets and debts.
Also sorted out: Custody arrangements for son Max, 3; Bratman's papers note that the couple privately reached an agreement for care of their little boy. The Burlesque star and music producer Bratman, who wed in 2005, split last October after nearly five years of marriage.
Despite the impending divorce, an insider recently told Us Weekly that Bratman had refused to move out of the nearly $12 million Beverly Hills mansion he and Aguilera shared -- which meant that Bratman was living under the same roof with his ex and her new beau, Matthew Rutler. "It's gotten really awkward," a pal told Us.
