Loretta Lynn is currently being treated for a serious illness.
The 76-year-old country music legend, who just endured knee replacement surgery last month, has been hospitalized with pneumonia and has had to cancel her next few tour dates, according to a statement on her official website.
"Doctors have diagnosed her at the beginning stages (of) pneumonia, and (she) will continue to need rest. Loretta is doing well and is disappointed, but feels confident she will be ready for upcoming November dates."
The star, who is famous for her hits including "I'm a Honky Tonk Girl" and "Coal Miner's Daughter," canceled shows over the summer when she was hospitalized and treated for heat exhaustion and dehydration.
