Thanks for the music, Davy.
On Wednesday, it was confirmed that The Monkees singer Davy Jones died suddenly at age 66.
The boyish, charismatic British crooner, who performed onstage as recently as Feb. 19 in Oklahoma, is survived by his wife, Jessica, and four daughters from previous marriages.
Jones became a music and TV star in the mid-60s when he joined the eponymous band, at first assembled for a hit TV show. One of the band's classic hits? "Daydream Believer." The Monkees and their hits enjoyed a renaissance when MTV re-ran the show in the late 1980s.
Watch Jones croon and joke around with his bandmates in this beloved "Daydream Believer" video now.
