She didn't get to give an acceptance speech at the People's Choice Awards, but Demi Lovato, 18, still wants to give her fans a little love.

The Disney star, who has been seeking treatment for "emotional and physical issues" since November, posted a thank-you message on her Facebook page Saturday, three days after she picked up two trophies at the fan-voted awards show.

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010," wrote the singer-actress, who nabbed the

Favorite TV Guest Star award for her "Grey's Anatomy" role and Favorite Family TV Movie for the Disney flick "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam." "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."

And while the starlet was allowed a leave from her treatment center to spend Christmas and Christmas Eve with her mother, stepfather and two sisters, an insider says she's not checking out just yet.

"It's entirely up to the treatment to see how long she will be in there," says the source. "She will stay as long as the doctors tell her she needs to stay."
