Movie vet Drew Barrymore found wild success as the star of the big-screen version of 'Charlie's Angels,' and now the actress is bringing the crime-fighting females back to the small screen.

ABC Entertainment Group has ordered a pilot from Sony Pictures Television for a new television series based on the '70s hit and Barrymore, along with Nancy Juvonen and original "Charlie's Angels" producer Leonard Goldberg, will serve as executive producers.
