Dustin Hoffman is cancer free following a recent surgical procedure, People reports.

The Oscar winner's rep, 75, Jodi Gottlieb tells People exclusively, "It was detected early and he has been surgically cured. Dustin is feeling great and is in good health."
Hoffman will now reportedly undergo preventative treatments to minimize the chance of the disease returning.
The renowned actor can next be seen in Jon Favreau's Chef, which Hoffman filmed last month.
