Surprise, surprise! Ellen Pompeo has added another chair to the dinner table, after secretly welcoming another daughter to the family.
Born via a surrogate, Sienna May Ivery made her debut via the "Grey's Anatomy" star's Instagram. The couple already have one child, 5-year-old Stella.
"Sienna May Ivery welcome to the world," she wrote along with a photo of her husband Chris Ivery tenderly kissing the little one. "We love you more than words can say."
The couple have a history of keeping huge secrets under wraps, including their wedding in 2007, which was done quietly at New York's City Hall.
Spotted on Wednesday in West Hollywood, Calif., Ellen was radiant. Now we know why she seemed so happy!
After news of the new baby broke, Ellen tweeted, "Sienna was born via surrogate & I would like to thank my whole @ShondalandTV family for helping us enjoy these first few weeks privately." She added an Emoji of a heart, telling the "Grey's Anatomy" production company that she loves them.

Recently, the actress has made no secret of her desire to be a family woman after he time on the ABC hit is done.
"I definitely don't have a strong desire to act after 'Grey's,'" she said during a BuzzFeed-hosted panel last month. "I definitely feel myself transitioning," the actress continued. "I don't find acting terribly empowering. For the place I am in my life … I don't necessarily want to work for other people."
