On Saturday morning, the "Basketball Wives" star posted a tweet that read, "I have EXCITING NEWS! Thank you God for my blessing!" The update included a link to an OK! Magazine article, which broke news of her delivery.
Though the name of her son is being kept under wraps, OK! reported that Evelyn and her fiance Carl Crawford "welcomed a healthy baby boy on Saturday, 3/22 at 3:55 am MST. ... He weighed in at 8lbs and is 21 inches long. It was a natural birth. New dad Carl is so excited and so is mommy!"
"New dad Carl" is a Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder. The LA Times reported on March 19 that the 32-year-old athlete had a rough few days after tweaking his shoulder while at bat, and later was sent home from training camp due to the flu. According to the paper, he was expected to be out for several days.
