Bosses of Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs restaurant have been fighting eviction for months over allegations they have fallen behind on rent, but in June, they were granted the right to stay as long as they handed over a one-off payment of one month's rent to the landlord.
The $3,500 sum was never received, according to TMZ, so the eviction was given the green light.
Removal trucks arrived at the building on Wednesday to begin carting stuff away, while police officers attended the scene to ensure the eviction went smoothly.
