Frank Ocean got into a bit of trouble on New Year's Eve.

He was going around 90 mph, according to TMZ. Frank Ocean was issued a notice to appear in court for speeding, driving with a suspended license, having his front windows tinted and possessing marijuana. Law enforcement found a "small bag" of weed when searching the car, TMZ added.

Frank Ocean was released on the spot and had to be driven home by his passenger because his license was confiscated by police.
