George Clooney is donating $1 million to the telethon he is co-organizing called "Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief" airing this Friday, January 22, at 8/7c.

Other celebs confirmed to help out include Robert Pattinson, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Denzel Washington, Tim Allen, Halle Berry, Tom Hanks, Matt Damon and many more.

Guided by Clooney in L.A., Wyclef Jean in New York City and CNN's Anderson Cooper reporting from Haiti, "Hope for Haiti Now" is airing on an unprecedented number of stations including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, BET, The CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, and CMT. It will also feature more than 100 of the biggest names in film, TV and music supporting the cause with testimonials and by answering phones during the telethon.
