Gia Allemand's public visitation and funeral dates have been announced. A public visitation will be held Wednesday Aug. 21 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Papavero Funeral Home in Maspeth, N.Y. A funeral service will be held at Trinity Grace Church of Chelsea in New York City at 11 a.m. the following day on Thursday, Aug. 22.
The late "Bachelor" alum's mother, Donna Micheletti, posted an online tribute video and obituary for her daughter on the Papavero Funeral Home site.
"Loving girlfriend 'Petrie' of Ryan 'Snuggy' Anderson, beloved daughter and little princess of Donna Micheletti and stepdaughter of Tony Micheletti, loving sister of Dylan and Erick, most cherished granddaughter of Marie (Nonna) Coltrinari, devoted Godchild of Fred and Annemarie Coltrinari, dear cousin of Brian, Ellen, Kevin and Julie, and also survived by her dear dog Bentley," the obituary read. Along with the statement, Micheletti added several picture slides of Allemand with friends and family.
Some of the photos in the video -- titled "In Celebration Of Gia Allemand" -- included photos with friends from high school, the reality star bowling and riding a horse, screenshots of Allemand on the ABC series and snuggling up to her dog Bentley.
As previously reported, Allemand committed suicide by hanging herself on Monday, Aug. 12, and later passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the age of 29. It was her NBA star boyfriend Ryan Anderson who discovered her body in her New Orleans home and called 911.
"Gia was the most beautiful person I knew inside and out, and she always smiled and made everyone else around her smile," the Pelicans player told Us Weekly in a statement. "She had such an amazing impact on my life and anyone that knew her was blessed."
