On Monday, the starlet responded to the "Mad Men" actor's recent dis with a measured defense that emphasized the need to play nice.
"I just heard about the comment Jon Hamm made about me in an interview. I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same path in life," Kim tweeted. "We're all working hard and we all have to respect one another."
But, the promotion-savvy starlet points out, "Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates 'stupid' is, in my opinion, careless."
During a recent sit-down with Elle UK, the tasty hunk of Hamm took Kim and her former BFF Paris Hilton to task for how "incuriousness has become cool" and the "idea of being elite" is "somehow considered a negative."
"Whether it's Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated," opined the erstwhile Don Draper. "Being a [bleeping] idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you're rewarded significantly."
Speaking of rewards, Kim offered two big ones to her Twitter followers on Saturday when she shared a photo of her looking pensive in a low-cut leopard-print top.
