TMZ is reporting that the official documents will be signed on April 20.
Terms of the divorce will not be revealed in the documents since it is a confidential settlement. Both Gwyneth and Chris have largely remained out of the divorce negotiations, letting their managers hammer out the details about property and custody.

The website said TMZ will cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. The former couple has two children together, and it's believed they will have joint custody.

Since splitting, Gwyn and Chris have remained incredibly friendly toward one another - in late March, on the anniversary of their "conscious uncoupling," they even vacationed together. Their split has been so amicable that many wondered if they were destined to get back together. In late 2014 Gwyneth even said she "would've died" if she hadn't met Chris.
