Gwyneth Paltrow has crowned Miranda Kerr as the best-dressed celebrity to walk the red carpet at this year's Met Gala. "She was wearing a black Michael Kors dress that was sort of like a sparkling bandeau, and her whole stomach was showing," the 40-year-old Oscar winner told Entertainment Weekly of the 30-year-old supermodel. "It was really beautiful. It was a little punk-y. She's just so pretty, it's abnormal."
In fact, Paltrow complimented the former Victoria's Secret Angel during the annual event. "I was like, 'Is it weird to be that pretty?'" the Iron Man 3 actress recalled, laughing. "And she was like, 'No.'"
Sadly, the GOOP goddess didn't top Kerr's best-dressed list. (Paltrow wore a hot pink Valentino Haute Couture and Wilfredo Rosado earrings at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.) Her pick, instead, was an old pal of Paltrow's. "I think Madonna was cool!" Orlando Bloom's wife told Us Weekly at the Cinema Society's New York City screening of The Great Gatsby on May 7. "I also think Debbie Harry was awesome. She got up and was singing. It was a fun night -- a really fun night!"
Kerr also admitted she wasn't shy about baring her midriff on the red carpet. "I like to dance a lot. I put the music on at home," she explained. "My son [Flynn, 2] loves it. We dance together and I hold him. It's just a good way for the family to have fun and still do exercise."
