Heather Morris Will Be an "Amazing Mother," Glee Costar Jessalyn Gilsig Says
Ready to be a mommy! Us Weekly exclusively revealed Wednesday, April 3 that Glee actress Heather Morris is expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend Taylor Hubbell, and former series costar Jessalyn Gilsig has no doubt that she's prepared.
"Oh, she's going to be an amazing mother," Gilsig, 41, who starred as Will Schuester's (Matthew Morrison) ex-wife Terri Schuester on the hit Fox show, told PopSugar. "She's a fantastic, fantastic woman.
"That's a lucky baby," the actress, who currently stars in The History Channel's Vikings, added.
Morris, 26, and Hubbell have been dating since high school. A source told Us that the actress, who previously worked as a backup dancer for Beyonce, is "a little more than three months along and starting to show."
The insider adds, "It was totally unexpected, but they are incredibly happy and excited."
Indeed, Morris has always wanted to be a mom. In a candid interview with Fitness magazine in 2011, Morris talked about her plans of settling down. "I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him," she said. "I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, then I won't continue."
