Mom's the word! Lady Antebellum singer Hillary Scott and husband Chris Tyrrell welcomed a precious baby girl on Monday, July 22, a rep for the country superstar confirms to Us Weekly.
"She's here, and we are in HEAVEN!!!" Scott tweeted. "Eisele Kaye, our beautiful angel, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!"
Scott, 27, first announced her happy pregnancy news via Twitter in December, and a rep confirmed to Us that the couple would be having a baby girl this past March. The couple, who wed in January 2012 (Tyrrell is the drummer for Lady A), have been happily sharing their progress toward parenthood ever since.
"Who has two thumbs and just asked her husband, and very nicely I might add, to run into the grocery store for pop tarts? ME! Pregnancy," Scott tweeted on Jan. 15.
As recently as early July, Scott goofily admitted to having to learn the basics of motherhood.
"Car seat practice…now hoping I can safely secure it in my car," she captioned an adorable photo of a stuffed giraffe in a car seat on July 2. "Thankfully I have time to figure it out."
