Garner got into the holiday spirit with her children by wearing bright green pants during the outing, but Affleck opted not to sport the festive color. While their oldest daughter Violet played with a basketball, Garner and Affleck, both 40, helped Seraphina and Violet ride on a lion toy rocker together. Seraphina protectively held on to her baby brother while sitting on the ride.
Samuel celebrated his first birthday on Feb. 27 and recently debuted his impressive walking skills to the world. The adorable tot appeared to be having a blast while standing on his own and digging in the sand with a shovel.
The proud parents had smiles on their faces as they watched their little ones play together. During his acceptance speech for Best Picture at the Oscars on Feb. 24, Argo director Affleck gave a special thank-you to his wife and mother of his children. "It's work, but it's the best work there is," Affleck said of his marriage to Garner. "And there's no one else I'd rather work with."
Affleck further explained to Access Hollywood that he and Garner are constantly working on their relationship. "Nobody's perfect. I would be lying to you if I said that either she or I were," he explained. "She's more perfect than I am, I can tell you that."
