John Stamos has officially been charged with driving under the influence, according to TMZ.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged the "Fuller House" star with one count DUI after being arrested in June after driving erratically in Beverly Hills.
The charge does not include the specific substance the actor was under the influence of, but TMZ continues to report that both GHB (also known as the "date rape drug") and another non-narcotic were in his system.
The site reports John was using GHB as a fitness supplement.
Following the incident, the 52-year-old completed a 30-day rehab program, after which, he told fans he was "healthy" and "feeling grateful."
John faces a maximum of six months in county jail, but due to being a first-time offender, TMZ reports he will most likely just get probation.
