"Jackass" star Johnny Knoxville has settled the terms of his divorce from Melanie Lynn Clapp, his wife of 12 years.

Under the terms of the agreement, Melanie walks away with half of the residuals from the "Jackass" franchise and "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, while Johnny agrees to pay $6,000 a month in child support. The two will share joint custody of their 13-year-old daughter, Madison.

The couple married in May of 1995 and separated in July of 2006 (about a year after rumors first surfaced that Johnny had a fling with his "Dukes of Hazzard" co-star, Jessica Simpson; both parties denied the relationship.) At the time, a source told US Weekly that Knoxville was living a "separate life," adding that "[Melanie] deserves every penny if she is going to divorce him." Other reports simply chalked the marriage's dissolution up to Johnny and Melanie growing apart.

In July of 2007, Johnny officially filed for divorce from Melanie, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
