The Jonas Brothers will take the stage at the Teen Choice Awards later this summer, but they won't just be singing to their fans.
Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas will host the ceremony, which airs Aug. 10 at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
The Grammy-nominated teen trio will also perform at the 11th annual event that celebrates the year's most popular teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion.
The first round of nominees -- as well as additional performers and presenters -- will be announced soon.
The Jonas Brothers' appearance on "Teen Choice 2009" comes in the middle of the group's world tour, which spans three continents. The U.S. leg of the tour kicks off June 20, following the release of their Lines, Vines and Trying Times album, which is set to be released June 15.
