How amazing has Jennifer Aniston looked during her tireless, country-hopping promotion of "The Bounty Hunter" (with and without Gerard Butler's hand groping her backside)? More amazing than the critically eviscerated flick probably deserves (click through the photos at left for a red-carpet refresher), but no matter.

With her flawlessly fit body that mere mortals will never achieve, along with gleaming, golden hair and skin not typically seen pre-Photoshop, the 41-year-old actress makes us want to go to the gym, the salon and the dermatologist, in that order.
"Look, I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to," Aniston tells the May issue of Harper's Bazaar UK (via the Huffington Post). "I don't starve myself in an extremist way. You're not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I'd be devastated. My advice: Just stop eating s--t every day."

Jen, who, it should be noted, has a chef on her payroll, also reveals that she isn't looking to stop the clock by trying Botox again after her first failed experiment.
"I could do it, and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what's happened to me, these lines are just about living," self-actualizes the former Mrs. Brad Pitt. "The last five years have been about spring cleaning for me. Now it's time for my rebirth. I love trying new things. I can't just be put in a box."
And while some might say the perfume-releasing A-lister is stuck in a rom-com box of her own making, she points out that she loves "racy" roles, although when she branched out with "Derailed" in 2005, "people couldn't cope with me being involved in rape and murder."
Among her Hollywood peers, Aniston admires what "Drew Barrymore is doing with directing. It's so much about a rebirth for her, and I love it when people are living in the now, like her," she says, sticking with the renewal theme that makes us wonder whether she has an entire room in her newly remodeled Beverly Hills mansion dedicated to books on personal growth. "I hate it when people look back and regret what they haven't got. That's how I feel about my own life now."
Something else she's feeling: the line-free face of one of her Hollywood peers.
"And my God, let's talk about how much I love Demi Moore as well," marvels Jen. "What kind of Kool-Aid is she drinking?"
Oh, oh, we know, it's the kind that ... no, come to think of it, we won't turn Aniston's positive energy into a joke, because, honestly, we all should hope to look as good as the 47-year-old Mrs. Kutcher.
