The royal baby is officially on it's way!
Palace officials have confirmed that in the early morning hours of Monday, July 22, Kate Middleton, 31, was transported to the hospital in the early stages of labor.

"Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted this morning to St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour," said the palace in an official statement. "The Duchess traveled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge."

Fans and press alike have been on royal baby watch since July 15, the Duchess of Cambridge's rumored due date.
News initially broke about the pregnancy in January when Kate was admitted to a London hospital to be treated for hyperemesis gravidarum, a more severe form of the nausea and vomiting that normally accompanies the early stages of pregnancy. She was just twelve weeks along at the time.
