Katie Couric has found love again, according to The New York Post's Page Six.
The former "CBS Evening News" anchor, 55, has been dating John Molner, head of mergers and acquisitions at investment bank and securities firm Brown Brothers Harriman, for several months. Sources say Couric and Molner, 49, are "very happy together."
According to Page Six, the pair made a rare public appearance at the Ellen Hermanson Breast Cancer Benefit July 28. "Katie looked better than ever and, clearly in love, did her best to keep her relationship with John low-key. She was careful not to be photographed with him, but they were clearly together," a guest says. "They looked good together and other guests remarked that he seemed a more age-appropriate match."
A witness adds that Couric and Molner "were kissing in the driveway before driving away together."
Couric has two daughters, Ellie, 21, and Carrie, 16, with her late husband, Jay Monahan, who died of colon cancer in 1998. The former "Today" co-host began dating Brooks Perlin, who is 17 years her junior, in 2006; they split in December 2011.
New York-based journalist Couric's new talk show, "Katie," premieres on Sept. 10.
