Leather pants-clad Kristen Stewart isn't the only star hitting Paris Fashion Week in fashion-forward ensembles -- Katy Perry, who never fails to make a statement with her style, chose a completely see-through ensemble when she stepped out in Paris Thursday.
The singer, 27, donned a mint green dress with a peplum waist and a sheer chiffon skirt that showed off her matching boy shorts from underneath.
Topping off her colorful look (she began rocking bright blue hair soonafter her husband of 14 months Russell Brand filed for divorce Dec. 30), Perry toted a coral satchel, white sunglasses, and Christian Louboutin pumps.
At Elton John's annual Oscars viewing party in Beverly Hills Sunday, Perry was spotted enjoying herself during a bidding war with movie producer Steve Tisch.
"Neil Patrick Harris was beat boxing while chef Cat Cora and David Burka sang [Snoop Dogg's] 'Drop It Like It's Hot' to sell a cooking experience during the auction," an attendee told Us Weekly. Perry stood up and waved a bid of $50,000, with Tisch eventually offering to fork over $80,000.
"Katy emptied her purse out jokingly for the cameras before she and Steve agreed to share the prize for $100,000," the attendee added. "Katy got up and hugged him delightedly. She seemed a bit tipsy, but not messy at all."
