Not even a visit to the emergency room could stop Kelly Clarkson from bringing down the house for her first ever Miracle on Broadway benefit concert on Saturday night in Nashville.
"Y'all, I spent all morning in the ER!" she revealed via People to the crowd during the show at Bridgestone arena on Dec. 20.
Fortunately the "Stronger" singer was able to pull herself together with the help of a little medical attention, and made it to the show.
She added: "But don't worry. They gave me a shot of B12 and I'm feeling great and so excited to be here!"
The 32-year-old even brought her daughter River Rose Blackstock on stage to show her off to the sold-out venue.
"Isn't she just the cutest?" the proud mom gushed. "This is her first Christmas and her first Christmas dress and I just had to bring her out here to show her off. I've probably scarred her for life!"
Big performances from Kelly, Martina McBride, Meghan Trainor, Ronnie Dunn, Reba McEntire and more helped to rake in over $200,000 in ticket sales to go to four Nashville charities.

Plus Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks promised to match every dollar made.
Luckily Kelly rebounded from her trip to the hospital quickly and was able help raise all of that money just in time for the holidays.
