Now that she's a married woman, Kim Kardashian's 20.5-carat platinum engagement ring finally has some company.
In a lavish ceremony complete with a crystal-encrusted cross at the altar, the 30-year-old bride exchanged vows and platinum Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands with NBA player Kris Humphries on Saturday in Montecito, Calif.
Not one to skimp on glitz and glamour, Kardashian's diamond wedding band boasts an approximate 12-carat weight. "Kim clearly wanted the best-quality wedding ring, and since the diamonds are set in platinum the setting won't fade or tarnish, making it the perfect symbol of enduring love!," jewelry expert Michael O'Connor tells Us Weekly.
He adds that the diamond eternity band has an impressive price tag of $60,000.
Kardashian's Lorraine Schwartz engagement rock made of a 16.5-carat emerald cut center stone flanked by a pair of 2-carat trapezoids, has an estimated value of at least $1 million, one expert from the Diamond Information Center told Us in May.
During her special day, the E! reality megastar was decked out in three different ivory Vera Wang custom-made gowns and dazzled in over 10 million dollars worth of Lorraine Schwartz jewels including a diamond headpiece and matching diamond-drop earrings.
The famed jeweler, who has been designing baubles for Kardashian for years, also decked out the star's bridal party (which included siblings Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris' sister Kaela) in gilmmering jewels.
