This is the body of a woman who's had six kids, people -- four of them in the last three years.

And while Kim Zolciak is the first to admit she got a little help regaining her post-baby body thanks to two recent plastic surgery procedures -- she also wants her critics to know she didn't look half bad before she went under the knife.

On Oct. 4, the "Don't Be Tardy" star posted new photos of herself in workout gear before and after she had surgery on her stomach and breasts. "Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck!" she wrote on her Facebook page. "This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery!"

Kim, 36, dropped 50 pounds after giving birth to her youngest kids, twins Kaia and Kane, in November 2013. She credited genetics and regular workouts in her home gym, often alongside her pro football player husband Kroy Biermann, 29, for helping her shed the pounds in just a matter of months.

"A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all!" Kim explained on Facebook. "I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles so don't get it twisted for you lazy [people] that sit on the couch and think I look this good from a surgeon," she added. "You are now set straight! Enjoy!!"

Kim is enjoying one particular part of her post-surgery body: her belly button. "Take a look at the placement of my belly button before and after!" she wrote. "I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button."

Back in September, Kim lashed out at critics who called her fake and accused her of Photoshopping her pictures after she shared a snapshot of her post-surgery bod in a swimsuit. "My surgeon didn't change my size, I'm the same size 4 I have always been," she wrote on Instagram. "He simply fixed my hernia, repaired my muscles and gave me the most incredible set of [breasts] EVER!"

Added Kim: "I wanted women to know it's ok to take care of you and feel good about yourself after having children."
