Dancing the weight away!
Kirstie Alley might not have walked away with the Mirror Ball trophy on Dancing with the Stars, but the actress did shed a noticeable amount of weight during her 10 weeks on the show.
"My dress is half the size it was when we started," Alley, 60, gushed during Tuesday's finale. "I have a lot more strength and stamina!"
But Alley wasn't content with being DWTS' runner-up to NFL star Hines Ward. "I don't feel like we won," she told Us Weekly after the show. "I feel like we did amazingly and that's an amazing thing but you want to win! And we didn't win, so I can't say that there isn't a sadness about it."
"[DWTS has] made me alive again," she added. "It's given me a new view of what I want to do in my life."
Alley credited her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy for her success: "[He] had a long way to go with me and he pulled it off! So I wish we would have won. I wish he would have won, but when I look at what evolved from the first day to now, it's almost impossible."
So how does the former Fat Actress star plan to get in exercise now that DWTS is over? "I'll keep dancing!" she told Us. "I wanna come back next year and get that f**king trophy."
