Ch-ch-ch-changes! That's the name of the game for the Kardashians and Jenners.

The famous reality-TV troupe has dealt with the divorce of family figureheads Bruce Jenner and Kris Jenner, as well as Bruce's reported gender reassignment. Obviously, the family dynamic is changing.

"We will all always be close," Kourtney told Wonderwall.com when asked about the family. "We have all been in each others' lives for as long as I can remember and we've been through so much together, so I feel like that will never change even though certain dynamics change."

"Even though Bruce and my mom are friends, it's an adjustment," she continued. "Their lives are changing, their relationship changes, but I think we all have to make an effort to stay in each others' lives."

A recent story went so far as to say that there is a "divide" between the Jenner and Kardashian sides of the family, largely triggered by Bruce and Kris' divorce.

But not only is the family dynamic changing, Kourtney's body is too. She showed off her thin frame on Saturday while hanging with seven of her girlfriends at Las Vegas' Marquee Dayclub on March 21. The eldest Kardashian said she's beginning to work diligently to get her figure back after giving birth to baby Reign in December. She started booking a trainer and she's been working out with her sister Khloe Kardashian, who is a bit of a gym rat these days.

"I usually start slow," she said. "I do these walks with the kids. I have this crazy stroller that sits all three of them. It's super heavy, so I push it up the hill and it's a major workout. I'm trying to eat as well as possible. … Setting a time to work out is crucial, and so is having a partner to work out with, like Khloe. I can't flake on her."
