As a busy new mom, Kristin Cavallari isn't planning anything fancy for Valentine's Day this year. But she does hope to enjoy a little alone time with fiance Jay Cutler!
The former Hills star, who welcomed her first child, son Camden, with Cutler in August, shared her Feb. 14 with Us Weekly on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at the launch of her jewelry capsule collection with Pascal Mouawad for Glamboutique in L.A.
"We could have gone away somewhere, but it just doesn't seem that appealing," Cavallari, 26, told Us. "Like it's more appealing to just be at home, with the baby. And then he goes to bed between six and seven every night, so then we can still have our night and I'll cook dinner."
"We'll still have time for us," she told Us of her plans with the 29-year-old Chicago Bears quarterback, with whom she reconciled with in November 2011 after a brief split. "And then we'll be able to get in bed at 10 o'clock and still have a good night's sleep and call it a day!"
"We're so boring!" she added with a laugh.
Though Cavallari may be doing the cooking, Cutler won't make her do all the work. The first-time mom tells Us that she "knew" her fiance was going to be a great hands-on dad and he hasn't proved her wrong.
"I knew from the moment I met him. Some guys just they have it in them. And Jay is like a good Midwestern boy," she said of her fiance, who was raised in Indiana. "He takes care of his woman, he does very well with the kids, and he's not the kind of guy that would never change a diaper. And I just knew that about him right away."
