Lamar Odom has reportedly left the Intensive Care Unit.
People reports that the former NBA star is out of the ICU, but he's still receiving dialysis at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
"After therapy, he is able to take a few steps with help," a source told the publication. "He is doing very well and continues to be a fighter. He hasn't given up once, and this will really help him in the future."
On Monday, multiple reports stated that Lamar is in need of a kidney transplant.
"He can say a few words," a source said to "Us Weekly." "He's doing a tiny bit better, but he has a very long road back to full recovery -- if that."
Lamar's wife Khloe Kardashian has remained by his side and even fought off the backlash over her "People" interview that she did before he was found unconscious at a Nevada Brothel earlier this month.
"Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your f----- up energy!" she tweeted on Wednesday. The 32-year-old added, "Know the facts before you throw stones. I had to do a follow up 5 minute phoner after the events only because I was contracted to. I canceled my book tour to avoid this attention."
