Liam Hemsworth has no shortage of female admirers, as the Hunger Games actor surely realized when he met two adoring fans during a Bench store appearance at the Glorietta mall in Manila, Philippines, March 15.
The clothing line's brand ambassador, 23, posed for pictures with two teenage girls during his first official appearance since his reported impending split with fiancee Miley Cyrus. One of the fans even held a sign that read, "Liam, Can this girl kiss you?" The Paranoia actor obliged, letting her kiss his cheek in front of thousands of other attendees.
Liam also did a one-on-one interview, according to the fashion label's official Instagram account. It's unclear if he addressed his rocky relationship with Cyrus, 20.
The hunky heartthrob had been spending time in his native Australia prior to the in-store appearance. "Miley and Liam are talking," a pal says in the March 25 issue of Us Weekly, on sale now. "But he needed a beat. Anytime there is a problem, he goes to his family."
On March 8, Liam was spotted spending time with 29-year-old brother, Chris Hemsworth, his 36-year-old sister-in-law, Elsa Pataky, and his 10-month-old niece, India Rose. Two days later, the tight-knit brothers were spotted surfing in the Pacific Ocean.
Cyrus, meanwhile, has been keeping a low-profile in L.A. Though she stepped out in public without her 3.5 carat engagement ring on several occasions, the "Can't Be Tamed" singer has taken a self-imposed "break" from Twitter. Prior to going radio silent, the former Disney Channel star told fans, "I didn't call off my wedding."
Though the Last Song costars haven't officially split, Liam and Cyrus have been down this road before. "They love to push each other's buttons," an insider says of the pair, who broke up twice in 2010.
