Madonna visited some of the workers Sunday in France, who were hurt when the stage set they were constructing collapsed, the Associated Press reports.
Eight workers were injured during the accident in which two more were killed while assembling a the state for the music star, the AP says.
Madonna has canceled the concert in Marseilles, originally set for today, and spoke out earlier about the incident, saying she was "devastated" by the event. A criminal investigation is said to be underway into the cause of the accident.
Madonna's next stop on the tour is in Barcelona on July 21.
