LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Court filings show a contentious lawsuit between Marilyn Manson and a former band mate has been settled.
The agreement calls for attorneys representing former Manson keyboardist Stephen Bier to be paid $380,000.
Bier sued Manson for $20 million in 2007, claiming the singer kept money from him to live a lavish lifestyle. Manson denied Bier's claims and claimed Bier didn't properly perform his duties as a band member.
Manson's attorney, Howard King, declared victory and says Bier is walking away from the case without a dime. He says the case should have never been filed.
King says Manson's insurance will pay $175,000 and the rest of the settlement amount will be paid by Bier's former business managers.
