NEW YORK (AP) -- The Martha Graham Dance Company wants to know: What are you thinking — or feeling?
That's the question participants must answer in an online competition called "On the Couch: An Inner Monologue."
The company has posted two videos on its website, one of a man and another of a woman performing the roles of patients at a therapy session.
Participants must create their own videos to show what they feel while watching the dancers; it can be as simple as words on a screen.
Call it free therapy — or an effort by the famed New York ensemble to draw new audiences in tough economic times.
The winning entry will be showcased during Martha Graham performances in March.
The submission deadline is Feb. 15.
