Robin Roberts sat down with Michael Jackson's mother and children on Friday's "Good Morning America," and the kids revealed what they are passionate about.
Grandma Katherine Jackson explains, "This is the first time they've ever had regular schooling. They have always had home schooling." And when it comes to school, their interests are pretty run-of-the-mill. When asked about his favorite subjects, Prince Michael answers, "Gym and lunch," and Paris chimes in with, "Amen."
And, like other kids his age, 14-year-old Prince Michael likes to play sports. Paris, 12, shares with Robin that Prince won his basketball game earlier that day, and says proudly of her brother's skills on the court, "He's a beast."
Michael's two oldest children, Prince Michael and Paris, say they plan to follow in their father's footsteps and work in the entertainment world. Paris reveals her desire to be an actress: "I'm thinking about auditioning for a play next week." The pop icon's 14-year-old son Prince Michael also says he's "looking at a couple of opportunities in show business, mostly producing." When asked in what capacity, he says he wants to produce movies. The kids share that they have taken film-making classes and they shoot movies for fun.
And the kids also share their father's philanthropic interests. Prince Michael says that he and his siblings want to "continue what [their] dad was doing, helping children from across the world and animals who couldn't speak up for themselves."
