She's set up hundreds of couples in her career, but Patti Stanger will have to look in the mirror when it comes to next person she wants to potentially line up.
"The Millionaire Matchmaker" star has split with her boyfriend of three years. The breakup seems to be very amicable and the reality star has come to terms with it. Patti, herself, confirmed the split on her blog on June 24.
"This wasn't a break up due to a lack of love, that's for sure," she wrote. "It was opposites attract from the very start and I did feel a lot of love towards him. Just not the right kind of love between the right two people."

Patti began dating David Krause after the two met online in 2012. The two seemed destined for marriage after Patti began wearing a promise ring that was given to her by her man.
David, it turns out, didn't know who his famous girlfriend was when they began dating. In fact, on their second date he was confused as to why people began asking for her autograph.
"What is going on here, this is the oddest thing," he told "Good Morning America" of his mindset at the moment. "But I didn't ask any questions, because I figured she'd let me know when she was ready. And that night I raced home and Googled [her]."

In Patti's blog, she lists in detail seven lessons learned from the relationship. "It's unfortunate for a million and one reasons and obviously hard and sad for both of us," she said of the split. "Parts of me wish neither of us had to go through this. At the same time, I realize that this relationship and break up had to happen because I needed to learn a lot of lessons I never would have been able to learn without dating David."
She also sang David's praises throughout the long dialog, writing, "I'm so thankful to David for all of the enrichment he brought into my life and showing me that I can happily live with a man."
Patti posted similar messages on her Instagram and Twitter about the split, all of which praise her former love.
