Ahead of their big one-night concert in Hershey, Pa. on Saturday, 98 Degrees warmed up for their big return by serenading Rockefeller Plaza in NYC early Friday morning.
Fans of all ages turned out to catch Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre raise the temps with their smooth vocals during the TODAY's Toyota Summer Concert Series. The quartet performed their hit songs "Because of You," "The Hardest Thing," "I Do" and "Invisible Man."
Nerves and excitement were running high for the bandmates, who haven't taken the stage together since 2001.
"Excited for our show on the Today Show! It's this Friday and it's free! Hope you can make it out for the show," Justin, 39, tweeted Wednesday.
On Thursday, Drew, 35, took a moment before arriving in the Big Apple. "In the air on my way to NYC for the Today Show. If you are in NY come down to Rock Center and see @98official #reunion. #reunited&itfeelssogood," he posted.
In the wee hours of the morning, Nick, 38, tweeted to any wide-awake fans. "The glamourous life of a singer, up at 4:30am trying to warm up my voice for #98degrees appearance on @todayshow. Psyched to perform today!!" he wrote.
Post-concert, Jeff, 39, tweeted, "Thx for the love #98DegreesTODAY #98Degrees @98official"
The "Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)" crooners were also supported by Nick's pregnant wife, Vanessa Minnillo, who is expecting her and Nick's first baby.
"So excited to see @98official perform on Today Show Friday A.M. on #NBC. I think they're on after/around 8:30am! The boys still got it!!!" she tweeted Thursday, adding Friday, "Up and ready to check out the boys on Today show!"
Ten years after splitting in 2002 and pursuing individual projects, the '90s boy band announced in June that they would be reuniting at Hershey's Summer MixTape Festival for one night only. The following month, they were confirmed to perform on TODAY.
"We've always left the door wide open about getting back together and reuniting, this just happen to be the time when personal schedules and professional schedules lined up," Lachey, who's a contestant on the NBC celebrity reality competition Stars Earn Stripes, told The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.
